Blueline is a privately owned web design business located in Trinidad and Tobago.
Blueline was drawn to fill the gap between web design and web maintenance, as one can’t exist without each other. The blue underline in any text gives an indication to its link to the outside world. Blueline will give your business that link with the most cost effective and professional manner. We saw a need for webdesign for businesses whose primary concern is the cost as well as lack of maintenance from their web designer or length of time to make changes to their site.
Websites needs regular maintenance, like the updating of content and graphics, keeping the web site current to showcase the latest products and services that your business offers, also communicating changes in your company. We handle all technical aspects so you don’t have to.
Prices vary widely, depending on the specifics of each individual site. But when considering the benefits that even the simplest Web site can provide, the question to ask is less "Can I afford to have a Web site?" than "Can I afford not to have one?"
Can i substitute a social media profile (facebook,linkedin) in lieu of a website?
The answer is always NO.
You shouldn't be engaging in social media marketing if you don't have a website first.
Why should you have your own website?
- You own your website. You don't own your social media profile. Your profile is owned by the social media site itself. If it goes under tomorrow, then so does your online presence.
- Social media profiles are limiting. You can convey only so much information on your profile. Although it may intrigue someone, it isn't enough to make a sale. Social media is not a selling tool! It is an attracting tool.
