How much does a website cost ?

This is the number one question a web designer receives on a daily basis.

This is why we've created the first Online Cost Calculator for Trinidad and Tobago. Simply click on the questionnaire and get an estimated cost.  It is a rough estimate but we tried to be as close as possible to the real figure. 

Other Costs to be concerned about

Once you have a website then you should be concerned with the maintenance cost.  What will be the cost to have an updated website?  

Your website will need updates, but being a small business you’re not likely to have updates every week but maybe once a month, that’s why we created plans to keep your website alive and also be easy on your pocket.

Any  website (big or small ) going forward will have these costs : 

• Web Hosting fee ( this is disk space on a server) : $100.00 per month
• Hosting with emails  $150.00 per month

This plan is catered to businesses that need monthly updates. Businesses that carry a range of products and services or need news added to keep their website alive

Plan 1 - $500.00 per month. A member of Blueline contacts your business and visits your location once a month to gather information.

Plan 2 - $350.00 per month. A member of Blueline contacts you via email/phone and gathers updates . Updates can be sent to blueline via email

Both are based on 10 hours per month. 

These fgures are inculsive of the fixed web hosting costs

If it is estimated that updates will cross 10 hours, an online  form will be sent stating time and extra costs
After the form is clicked as agreed, updates are done to the website 

Extra hours -    $50 per hour  

Pay only when an update is needed. 

TT$250.00 per update – Blueline comes in when requested and gathers information to add to site (10hours total)

TT$150.00 per update.  You contact blueline , and send information via email. (10 hours total )

Any extra hours $50.00 per hour

This is the best plan for medium sized businesses.

 It’s only put into effect if the business allows one member of staff to be trained and are able to do updates on a regular basis.  This method allows 5 hours to assisting the member in updating issues. 

Cost - $250. Per month

Emails are sent once a month reminding staff member to post updates.
